Dr. Jide Oke specialises in the delivery of strategy development, leadership and management training, as well as knowledge and performance management consultancy services. He has over twenty five years work and consultancy experience garnered from academic, private, and public organisations. He has been privileged to train more than eight thousand five hundred (8,500) participants in various learning programmes. Jide has also led and synergistically worked with team members to provide services to over forty (40) organisations which include Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and five of its subsidiaries: Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC); Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC); Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company (WRPC); National Petroleum Investment Management Services (NAPIMS); Petroleum Products Marketing Company (PPMC). Umar is a Leadership and Management Development Consultant, who provides support to individuals and organisations in different sectors of the economy to make them better at what they already do well. He has over 26 years of experience and has worked around Nigeria and over 32 other countries across five continents. Umar has worked in ReStraL Consulting, Swiss Pharma (formerly Roche), Colgate-Palmolive and Pfizer Products as a Senior Consultant/Team Leader, Product Manager, Area Manager, District Manager and Pharmaceutical Sales Representative respectively. He is a LEAD International Fellow (Leadership for Environment and Development Programme), Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria. He has an MBA and a degree in Pharmacy both from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He is fluent in English and three major Nigerian languages. One of his passions is sharing knowledge with others.

Chioma is a Human Resources Management specialist with over 18 years work and consultancy service delivery experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Lagos, Master of Science from the University of Jos, and Master of Public Administration (Human Resources Management) from Florida State University respectively. Her people management competencies include: Strategic Human Resources Management; Rewards and Remuneration Management; Learning and Development; Organisational Development and Change Management; Employee Relations; Diversity and Inclusion; Performance Management Systems; Employee Engagement; Health, Safety, and Environment Procedures; and Human Resources Advisory and Audit.
She co-founded a youth group in 2008 (Future Stars Youth Network) directed at mentoring and empowering the less privileged, presenting them with life changing opportunities. Since its inception, the group has mentored over 4000 participants.

Leveraging on his banking sector experience, he has been instrumental in the setting-up and management of some small and medium scale enterprises. He has also facilitated the development of businesses of foreign organisations within and outside Nigeria. He seamlessly generates invaluable ideas for solving business challenges. Femi is a motivational speaker and facilitates soft-skills training programmes.
He holds Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering (Design Option) from Yaba College of Technology. He also possesses a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and MBA in International Marketing from University of Calabar. He is a fellow of the Institute of Financial Investment and Analyst of Nigeria (IFIAN) as well as a member of London School of Investment (LSI), South Africa. He co-founded ‘Life Empowerment Academy’ (LEMAC), Lagos, Nigeria and has authored a few books. He writes frequently for the consumption of LEMAC audience and a guest writer with Mannaexpressonline, Texas, USA.
